ACE SME Foundation Inc is a USA 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Foundation that provides grant and seed funding to African SMEs and Non-Profits, to help them to grow into self-sustaining enterprises. The primary clients we focus on are youth, women and PWD (Persons with Disabilities) owned SMEs and Non-Profits that make a social impact in their communities.

Why Seed Funding?

Seed funding is more than just financial assistance; it's a vote of confidence in an entrepreneur's vision. However, ASF's approach extends beyond providing initial funding. ASF secures seed funding through donations raised in the USA and channels these funds to SMEs either directly or through its affiliate Kenyan company, ACE Global Accelerators Ltd. (AGA). AGA, a social impact for-profit company, charges SMEs a nominal fee for business training, coaching, and mentoring. In collaboration with ACE Global Accelerators Ltd. (AGA), we guarantee that each donated dollar translates into sustainable growth and social impact. Through comprehensive business training, coaching, and mentoring, we aim not only to fund businesses but also to cultivate successful, resilient entrepreneurs.

The ASF Foundation seed funding program targets three key customer segments:

1. African Women Entrepreneurs aged 25-65 with a post-high school education, who either have a business or are interested in starting one. The focus is on women who have already initiated a business but need mentorship and funding for growth and sustainability.

2. African Youth aged 18-35 with at least a high school education, who have innovative business ideas, particularly in technology, and require mentoring and seed funding to establish their businesses.

3. African Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) who often have excellent business ideas but lack the resources needed to successfully launch and expand their businesses.
