Dr. David Githuku is a seasoned executive with 26 years of experience at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Cincinnati, Ohio, culminating in his role as Vice President of R&D in the Paper Products business unit. During his tenure, he spearheaded the introduction of innovative products that drove over $500 million in revenue growth in just 5 years. His diverse expertise spans consumer brands from Food Processing to Beauty Care, and he now brings this wealth of experience to ACE, driven by a lifelong passion to mentor and impact the lives of entrepreneurs in Africa.​

Jo is the founder of Adsphoria Digital Marketing, a company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs worldwide build their online presence through effective sales funnels. Starting his venture at the onset of the pandemic, he has since assisted entrepreneurs globally. Jo now leverages his expertise to coach and train Kenyan entrepreneurs in digital marketing and sales at ACE.
JOSEPH MUREITHI

Joseph Mureithi is the CEO of Camino Ruiz Agencies Kenya Ltd and co-founder of Global Tilapia Husbandry Kenya Limited; the premier suppliers of sustainably farmed tilapia fish from Lake Victoria. Through these two companies, he employs over 320 people, with over 60% of them being women and youth. In addition, the company supports Africa SMEs entrepreneurs in partnership ACE SME Foundation.

Gladys is a certified productivity coach specializing in Personal Branding for Business and Team Effectiveness. With over 20 years of experience in the Humanitarian sector, including leadership roles at ICRC, she excels in building and sustaining effective teams. Gladys partners with organizations like ICF (K), Invest in Africa, and The Coaching Hub, consulting on Management coaching, Startup businesses, and SMEs in Kenya and West Africa. She is dedicated to guiding young girls and women in developing their skills, performance, and careers, serving as a mentor at various high schools and Strathmore University.

Jeff Holland, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, brings a wealth of Project Management, technical and critical thinking experience from his 32 yr tenure at Procter and Gamble. Jeff knows what it takes to start-up new processes and sustain them over time. In addition, Jeff’s expertise in personal financial management and investing is a big asset to the board. Jeff has traveled extensively both personally and on mission trips leading to a passion for supporting small businesses and non-profits in Africa, as a solution to poverty eradication. He is dedicated to leveraging his expertise to drive sustainable growth and impact in these communities.
